"I’m part of the Head Office team and as Senior Academic Manager I oversee the academic side of 3 training centres and I manage the adult and corporate programmes. Our team ensures that all of our training centres continue to offer the highest quality courses for our students and outstanding support, development and opportunities for our staff.

Since joining ILA as a teacher 5 years ago I’ve done the DELTA, held a variety of management positions and I chair our community network committee. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges of my working day and the opportunity to have a career while living in this amazing country."

"As Senior Academic Manager I am responsible for recruiting, training and managing the Academic Managers in all the centres. I also work on academic improvement projects, making sure that we consistently deliver the highest quality courses for our students and the best training and development for our teachers and academic team.

Since I came to ILA, I have been fortunate enough to teach a wide range of students, from 4 years old to adults, from general English to exam preparation courses. I’ve also worked in various academic management positions, including Academic Manager of ILA’s largest centre, managing over 100 teachers and academic staff. Now, I work closely with the AMs to ensure that every ILA centre is the absolute best it can be in terms of professionalism and quality. I enjoy working at ILA and in Vietnam and hope to do so for much longer!"
